Q: Will Bridgepay or Open Edge allow online check payments?
A: At this time, this would be a candidate for the Ideas portal. We are looking at this internally but if it gets votes on the portal that would help prioritize.
Q: Will the new time stamp be reflected on transaction statements?
A: This would be a candidate for the Ideas portal. It is not on the transaction statement at this time.
Q: Can a "debit" balance be transferred to a new account?
A: Yes, we added the ability to transfer positive balances a few releases ago. Credit balances are available for transfers in version 2019.1.
Q: Can you give an example of one user connecting to many accounts in eUtilities?
A: Examples include a home account and a business account. Your old account and your new account if you moved within the service area.
Q: Will voided payments have a time stamp as well?
A: At this time, this is not exposed on the voids. This could be a candidate for the Ideas portal.
Q: Is there an Outlook tie-in to the calendar on the homepage?
A: Searching Help Central for “Configuring Outlook Integration” will get you to the document for this integration.
Q: In large account inquires - is there a way to increase the Top "X" amount to over "999"?
A: This has not been changed in this release. The limit that existed in prior releases remains in this release.
Q: Just to clarify, the updates for billing items will be available on 2019.1 but is not available yet on 2018.1 correct?
A: This is correct. This was done to support standardizing charitable contributions in 2019.1.
Q: Can you do re-occuring credit card payments with Bridgepay or just OpenEdge?
A: RCC works with both Bridgepay and OpenEdge.
Q: Will we be able to do positive and negative adjustments in the same adjustment? What about more than one adjustment pending on the same account?
A: Adjustment processing mechanics have not changed. You cannot mix positive and negative adjustments on one adjustment.
Q: Are we able to edit other people's notes?
A: No. there is an idea on the portal about allowing a manager to delete or archive notes. Vote that up if you are interested.
Q: How soon will your webinar be available in help central?
A: This will be available on Help Central for 2019.1 within a week to 10 days.
Q: Is there any traction in having account status (active/inactive) in the arrears register?
A: This would be a good candidate for the Ideas portal to gauge interest
